Initial Career Coaching Session                                                        One Hour Session  $175

Most sessions begin with an intake session, focusing on what the client needs and wants, discussion of work history, interests, aspects of work, previous jobs,  and skills the client enjoys/doesn’t enjoy utilizing, valuable transferable skills, what it means to succeed in the AI-driven job search, and then forming an action plan for next steps. This service supports clients navigating first time job search, career transitions, pivots, re-entry or late career/last stop.

Professional Career Exploration & Direction Clarity
For the Client Who Isn’t Sure of Their Next Step in the Professional/Corporate/Entrepreneurial Sectors                                        $750 Includes 3 Hours and One 1/2 Hour Sessions:

• (Assessments completed prior to first meeting)
• First Session: Assessment review, discussion of top potential career path results and how they align with personality, interests, and skills. Action Plan development to move forward.
• Second Session: Exploration update, Resume development exercise and deliverable, AI/Optimization scan
• Third Session: LinkedIn development and AI impact discussion
• Fourth Session (1/2 Hour) Job search coaching plan

Career exploration coaching helps clients gain clarity around interests, values, strengths, and potential career paths. Through guided conversations and assessments, clients uncover what motivates them and where their skills can have the greatest impact. This service is ideal for college students, recent graduates, and adults questioning their next step. The goal is confident decision-making rooted in self-awareness and possibility.

Vocational Career Exploration & Direction Clarity
For the Client Who Isn’t Sure of Their Next Step in the Vocational Sector:
$450 Includes 2 Hours and One 1/2 Hour Sessions

• Second Session: Exploration update, Resume development exercise and deliverable, AI/Optimization scan

Resume Development/Optimization Scan                                                One Hour Coaching Session, plus ATS scan and Review $250

Resume coaching focuses on translating experience, skills, and quantified accomplishments into clear, compelling documents that stand out. Clients receive resumes optimized for AI and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while remaining authentic and human-centered. This process ensures resumes align with targeted roles and career goals. Clients leave with documents that reflect both clarity and credibility.  Includes one resume development coaching session with template provided, ATS optimization exercise, and one final review.

Personal Branding & Profile Development
One Hour Session: $175

Personal branding coaching helps clients define and articulate their professional identity. Together, we clarify messaging that highlights strengths, transferable skills, and unique value. This service supports career changers and professionals seeking career path alignment or advancement. Clients develop a cohesive narrative they can confidently share across platforms, with Resume Summary Statement, LinkedIn Headline, and 30-second commercial for explaining professional identity.

Digital Presence & LinkedIn Optimization
One Hour Session: $175

Digital presence coaching focuses on building a strong, visible, and credible online profile—especially on LinkedIn. Clients learn how to optimize headlines, summaries, and experience sections to attract recruiters and opportunities. This service also addresses keyword strategy and clarity in messaging who you are and the value you bring. The result is a digital presence that supports—not hinders—the job search.

Interview Preparation
One Hour Session: $175

Interview coaching equips clients with strategies to communicate their value and experience. Session includes a mix of mock interview sample questions, storytelling techniques, and preparation for behavioral, panel, and virtual interviews. Clients learn how to respond strategically while remaining authentic. The focus is on preparation that reduces anxiety and builds confidence. Clients learn to be prepared before the expected salary question is asked, and how to advocate for themselves professionally and respectfully.

Job Offer/Salary Strategy Negotiation Coaching 
One Hour Session: $175

Negotiation coaching prepares clients to confidently respond to job offers by anticipating and prioritizing what is most important to them and then preparing response statements to maximize the outcome of their offer. Clients learn to be prepared before the expected salary question is asked, and how to advocate for themselves professionally and respectfully.
