Thank you for checking out my website. I am a Senior Career Transition coach/strategist with over a decade of experience supporting more than 1,500 clients through career decisions. My work spans from coaching college students, recent graduates, early-career changers, and adults navigating career next steps, pivots, re-entry, layoffs and late-career transitions.

I specialize in helping clients clarify direction, articulate value, and translate transferable skills into strong messaging. From resumes and LinkedIn profiles to interviews and offer negotiations, I help clients position themselves to be competitive in today’s AI-driven job market—so their experience is not only compelling, but visible with a goal to bypass obstacles and get through to humans. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel “stuck” or uncertain but are ready to pivot with intention.

I previously worked as a college consultant, coaching thousands of high school students exploring college majors and career paths. When my students graduated from colleges across the nation, many returned for career coaching as they entered the job market or pursued next steps. Several years ago, I transitioned to career exploration and transition coaching exclusively.

For over 10 years, I have also coached adult clients in career transition as a contracted coach. I began with a Denver-based firm of women leaders that later merged with a firm based in Boston. In this role, I have coached 600+ adults across most industries.

Having previously been licensed as a professional counselor, I offer personalized, empathetic listening and reflection as clients weigh their options. I lead with a compassionate, focused approach that helps clients gain clarity and confidence while creating a path forward. Each session is designed to end with clear next steps and an action plan.
